Inspired by the Fashion Capital, New York City, our Polka Dot story offers an on-trend approach to bohemian dressing
Carrie Bradshaw approved, the dress moves with you through chaos and calm, with billowy sleeves and soft layered ruffles. The button-through neckline is detailed with delicate pin tucks, pleating, and romantic ruffles - reminiscent of recent styles seen at NY Fashion Week.
The skirt flows effortlessly from the waist area, crafted with layers of semi-sheer fabric that creates beautiful movement with every step. Belt it, tuck it up or wear it loose and out - there are so many ways to wear this gorgeous piece.

Crafted from luxe crinkle viscose, it offers the breathability and elegance of silk, without the need to dryclean.
HOW TO WEAR: For extra coverage, we suggest wearing a stretchy nude fitted slip dress underneath. This is a great transeasonal style, as the dress looks amazing layered with our Biker Jacket and cool chunky boots for Winter, and equally as fabulous with flat gladiator sandals and bare legs for Summer!
FIT: Loose - to be worn loose due to the nature of the fabric and the design.
Oversized - if in doubt go down one size.
CARE: Delicate Hand Wash with Mild detergent - DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Assuming the goods are in stock - Orders placed by 11am AEST will generally be despatched within 1-3 working days. Tracking information will be available via a despatch email notification.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.
PRIORITY DISPATCH
We offer a Priority Dispatch service for $10.
If you select this option in the checkout, your order will be moved to the front of the queue.

RETURNS INFORMATION
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please read through our returns policy carefully before making a purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return an item, please either complete the form on your invoice included with your order, include a note or download our RETURNS FORM, fill it out, and include it in your package before sending it to the following address:

Items must be in their original condition/packaging - unworn, unwashed and with ALL tags attached.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 2–3 business days for your return to be processed. During sale or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.
Full Priced Items:
Full priced items are eligible to be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.
-A $3.95 restocking fee will be applied to ALL REFUND returns. This will be automatically processed.
-FREE exchanges on full-priced orders. Standard Post only.
-Online store credits are valid only on www.joeythelabel.com and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Items purchased with a store credit can only be returned for a store credit and are not eligible for a refund/exchange.
SALE items:
Sale/discounted items cannot be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
-Exchange of SALE items require the customer to cover postage costs. Please include a pre-paid satchel with your return, or a flat fee of $9.95 will be applied when the exchange is processed.
FINAL SALE Items:
Items marked “FINAL” SALE or “OUTLET” STRICTLY CANNOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All Final Sale and Outlet purchases are FINAL. Please review our sizing charts and product description carefully before making your purchase.
If a non-returnable item is returned, no exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.
Faulty Goods:

Incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will assist you. Please wait for our team to provide you with a return label before returning your item(s).
Return Postage:
Customers are responsible for covering return postage.
JOEY is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays associated with the transportation and return of goods. If a package is lost and was not sent with tracking, a return will not be processed.
Click and Collect Returns:
If you placed a Click and Collect order, it can be exchanged at our head office if eligible. Please note that refunds or store credit are not processed on the spot.
Orders not placed through Click and Collect cannot be returned at our head office.
NOTE:
If a non-returnable item or an item in unsellable condition is returned, no exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.
Unsellable conditions include, but are not limited to, signs of wear, noticeable odours, removed tags, or any other damage rendering the item unsuitable for resale.
Items marked as FINAL SALE or OUTLET are not eligible for returns.
This policy adheres to the guidelines outlined by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
