SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Below are the shipping charges and delivery times (excluding public holidays):

Delivery within the express post network. Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-4 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
New Zealand	Express Shipping $30 NZD Free Express Delivery over $450 NZD	4 - 7 business days once your order has been picked and packed.
United States	Express International Shipping $20 USD Free Express International Delivery over $350 USD (NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE IMPORT DUTIES and TAXES)	4 - 7 business days once your order has been picked and packed.
Overseas	Express International Shipping $30 AUD Free Express International Delivery over $450 AUD (NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE IMPORT DUTIES and TAXES)	4 - 7 business days once your order has been picked and packed.

**These are estimated delivery times only. We are not able to guarantee them. JOEY the Label will not be liable for any delay in delivery. In particular, orders placed during Sale, Holiday or Promotional periods, that may be subject to delay.

We offer free collection from our Head Office: level 1/49-51 Wellington Street, St Kilda VIC 3182 Australia.

Pick-up only available during selected times:

MONDAY - THURSDAY 3:45pm - 4:45pm

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Assuming the goods are in stock - Orders placed by 11am AEST will generally be despatched within 3 working days. Tracking information will be available via a despatch email notification.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

PRIORITY DISPATCH

We offer a Priority Dispatch service for $10.

If you select this option in the checkout, your order will be moved to the front of the queue.

PRE-ORDERS

Delivery dates are as per the info provided on the garment page.

DUTIES & TAXES

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Please kindly note that JOEY the Label does NOT cover the duties and taxes payable on international orders. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees. JOEY the Label cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control.
