TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Assuming the goods are in stock - Orders placed by 11am AEST will generally be despatched within 1-3 working days. Tracking information will be available via a despatch email notification.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.
PRIORITY DISPATCH
We offer a Priority Dispatch service for $10.
If you select this option in the checkout, your order will be moved to the front of the queue.
NOTE: Priority Dispatch only applies to items that are in stock and ready to ship. It does not shorten the estimated arrival date for pre-order items. Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer store collection this time. Keep an eye out on on socials and via email, for updates on a new Melbourne retail store location!
RETURN POSTAGE
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend sending returns using a tracked service. JOEY is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays associated with the transportation and return of goods. If a package is lost and was not sent with tracking, a return will not be processed.
