THE AMOUR CARGO PANTS

Made from top quality cotton woven with 3% elastane for stretchy comfort. These are quite possibly the COOLEST pants you'll ever wear! These ultra-flattering, LOW waisted, slightly wide-leg cargo pants feature perfectly placed pockets with silver star hardware and just the right amount of stretch for all-day comfort - while making you feel Fkg Fabulous!

Designed to be worn loose but we know you'll love to wear them fitted too.

HOW TO WEAR: Designed to wear back with our cool Babealicious Biker Jacket or Amour Cargo Jacket - with the Bouquet Stretch Tops or the gorgeous sheer blouses from the Enchanted story

FIT - True to size. Designed to be worn slightly loose and slouchy. However, they also look great tight! We recommend buying your usual size. Unless you want them super tight - if so, buy down one size.

CARE - Delicate Hand or Delicate Machine wash. Do not Tumble DRY as it breaks down the elastane.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Assuming the goods are in stock - Orders placed by 11am AEST will generally be despatched within 3 working days. Tracking information will be available via a despatch email notification.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

PRIORITY DISPATCH

We offer a Priority Dispatch service for $10.

If you select this option in the checkout, your order will be moved to the front of the queue.

DUTIES & TAXES

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Please kindly note that JOEY the Label does NOT cover the duties and taxes payable on international orders. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees. JOEY the Label cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.

By agreeing the to the Shipping Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to pay for any Duties & Taxes applicable on receipt of your order.

RETURNS INFORMATION

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Please read through our returns policy carefully before making a purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please either complete the form on your invoice included with your order, include a note or download our RETURNS FORM, fill it out, and include it in your package before sending it to the following address:

Items must be in their original condition/packaging - unworn, unwashed and with ALL tags attached.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2–3 business days for your return to be processed. During sale or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.

Full Priced Items:
Full priced items are eligible to be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.

-A $3.95 restocking fee will be applied to ALL REFUND returns. This will be automatically processed.

-FREE exchanges on full-priced orders. Standard Post only.

-Online store credits are valid only on www.joeythelabel.com and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Items purchased with a store credit can only be returned for a store credit and are not eligible for a refund/exchange.

SALE items:
Sale/discounted items cannot be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

-Exchange of SALE items require the customer to cover postage costs. Please include a pre-paid satchel with your return, or a flat fee of $9.95 will be applied when the exchange is processed.

FINAL SALE Items:
Items marked “FINAL” SALE or “OUTLET” STRICTLY CANNOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All Final Sale and Outlet purchases are FINAL. Please review our sizing charts and product description carefully before making your purchase.

If a non-returnable item is returned, no exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

Faulty Goods:

Incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will assist you. Please wait for our team to provide you with a return label before returning your item(s).

Return Postage:
Customers are responsible for covering return postage.

JOEY is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays associated with the transportation and return of goods. If a package is lost and was not sent with tracking, a return will not be processed.

Click and Collect Returns:
If you placed a Click and Collect order, it can be exchanged at our head office if eligible. Please note that refunds or store credit are not processed on the spot.

Orders not placed through Click and Collect cannot be returned at our head office.

NOTE:
If a non-returnable item or an item in unsellable condition is returned, no exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

Unsellable conditions include, but are not limited to, signs of wear, noticeable odours, removed tags, or any other damage rendering the item unsuitable for resale.

Items marked as FINAL SALE or OUTLET are not eligible for returns.

This policy adheres to the guidelines outlined by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
