Is a small but growing fashion business located in Inner Bayside Melbourne.  We specialise in stunning Embellished, Sequinned and Luxury Ladies Fashion.  We have a thriving wholesale and online business plus a lovely little retail store.
We are looking for a fashion All Rounder to take on the following role:

Wholesale Admin/Retail Sales/Customer Service
PART TIME - 3 to 4 Days a week.  
HOURS:  11am - 5pm (TBC)
NOTE: You will be required to work 1 Saturday a month in the retail store.
JOB DESCRIPTION: 
- Wholesale Admin -  Invoicing, Statements, Credits etc. 
- Preparing Monthly Agents Commission.
- Pick n pack orders and dispatch.  We are a small team - we all pitch in.
- Retail Salesperson - sales, stock control, stocktake, general store upkeep.
- Manage Customer Service 
MUST POSSESS:  
- A sound knowledge of EXCEL.
- Experience with XERO or a similar program.
- Experience in Invoicing and admin.
- Sales experience in wholesale and/or retail.
- Great people skills and a genuine love of fashion.
- Customer Service Experience would be a big plus.  
We are looking for a reliable, experienced, passionate fashionista 
who enjoys sales and administration.  Someone who enjoys teamwork and is extremely proactive.
We are a small business, therefore we all pitch in.  
Included in this role is a minimum 2 days a week in the retail store and 1 Saturday every month.  
We are keen to find someone who fits in with our little team.
